What is the best way to sell second hand furniture?

we are moving house and want to sell old tables etc. we don't live in a city. what is the best way to sell it and make money? is it: 1/ online... gumtree, ebay? which will it sell on faster? 2/ offline?

2. try your local paper,there is also a free ads mag you can get,or advertise in local shops but let me give you a tip put buyer collects on it
3. local paper is good for furniture because if you put it on ebay it will still probably be someone local as they will need to come and collect
4. you can tray in craigslist.com, it's free. other options you can do a flea market or garage sell.
5. Sell them online. Ebay, it will cost you a couple of dollars but it will probably sell quick!
6. Craigslist if you live nearby a relatively large city (find listings on craigslsit.org) I buy all my furniture, cars, tools etc on this site and I swear by it. Have digital pictures or no one will look at it. Good luck!
