Where to find second hand furniture and household appliances in Ayrshire?

Im moving to the area and im looking to get some furniture and second hand appliances for my unfurnished house in North Ayrshire. I neeed to get back on my feet before buying new things

2. yup, yahoo freecycle will get you 90% http://www.freecycle.org/ of what you need for nothing, all you have to do is collect it in the local area, you can also put "wanted" ads on there as well
3. Free-cycle and there's also cheap-cycle
4. Look up glasgow freecycle for everything. Lots of stuff there at no cost to yourself other than petrol to go pick it up.
5. Cheap cycle is also good or why dont you buy the yellow or blue paper!? Is it Scot ads? Might have items for sale in your area! Put an add on the internet also check out Gumtree, http://www.gumtree.com/
