How do you sue some who used????( lawyer's please help)?

okay this is how this happen my dad let my aunt borrowed his credit? you know the credit the bank gives you that covers the payment of a house you buy or even a car you want to buy well my dad let her borrow his credit cause her's was all bad and she wanted to buy a house ...... in which she couldnt cause her credit was horrible so my dad lets her borrow his and my dad puts his name in the house with his signature and than she bought the house..... so later on my aunt cant pay the house and she wants to sell it but the house dealer couldnt sell it so my dad is left with the name of the house ........ so this puts my dad credit in danger.......... it gets worser .... my aunt buys another house in another city with her house dealer .... so my aunt cant find someone to his or her name on the house so she uses my dad's credit and than with her house dealer she forwards my dad's signature on it without my dad knowing..... and anything later on she gets tired of this house and later on she cant pay for house as the one she bought before so she buys another house in another different city and she forwards my dad signature without him knowing and than uses his credit again Okay now my dad without knowing his credit is fine nothing to worry about he goes and trys to buy a toyota truck so he is almost done until the car dealer tells no! you cant buy this you have very bad credit sir and my dad was shock so now my dad cant get anything when he wants buy something from home depot , new furniture from the department store , or a car he wants when my dad went to the bank the bank employee said he couldnt really help on his credit that he has bad credit since the 3 house my aunt bought now my dad has bad credit for 7 straight years so please help i want to sue my aunt and her house dealer i want to put them in jail for many years for what she cause she did something illegal she copied my dads signature or forward it to get the house for my aunt and mest up my dads credit How can im sued these two persons??? if there are any lawyers here please help thankyou

1. Your Answer: You can't sue. You don't have standing to sue. Your father is the only person who could possibly sue anyone. Based on what you've written it's difficult to figure out what exactly happened. I'm assuming that the "house dealer" you are talking about is actually a real estate agent. Is that right? There's probably nothing your father can do about the real estate agent unless he can prove the agent breached a duty of care that was owed to him. Criminally there is probably nothing your dad can do about his sister. He was completely aware that she had bad credit. (Because this is why she needed his credit.) Why do people have bad credit? Because they don't pay their bills and don't live within their means. It was reasonably foreseeable that your aunt would mess up your dad's credit. When you say that your aunt "forwarded" your dad's signature, I don't know what you mean. And honestly, I'm not sure if you know what it means. I'm guessing that your father gave your aunt a line of credit to use. This would have given your aunt the ability to use the credit without having to forward anything from your father. Now, if your aunt forged your father's signature - she could be arrested and anything that she bought under his forged signature can be taken off of his credit report. If your aunt exceeded the permission your dad gave her (which is sounds as though she definitely did), then your DAD (but not you) could sue her for whatever money he is out. But the question I would ask is: Does she even have any money? So would it even be worth suing her? Your dad might have to declare bankruptcy to get out from under the debt.
